CharmKlima magnetic radiant floor panels are the high-tech answer to growing demand for
\nradiant floor systems for all types of buildings and applications.
\nCharmKlima is a hydronic heating and cooling system for raised steel floors, combining quick and easy installation and maintenance with high performance, maximum comfort and significant reductions in energy costs.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its total flexibility permitted by magnetic attachment and its modular design, CharmKlima satisfies the energy needs of all rooms. CharmKllima radiant panels can cover any area between 40% and 70% of the total floor, depending on the thermal efficiency of the building in which the floor is installed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The hydronic radiant system<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>

These unique radiant panels feature Climabond\u00ae<\/b> technology and are completely independent of the raised floor structure, merely resting on its supports. Thanks to a surface film consisting of thermoplastic resin and magnetically charged ferrite, they adhere snugly to the underside of the steel floor panels, guaranteeing perfect thermal conductivity. Special piping and dedicated connectors permit the circulation of heat transfer fluid through the radiating circuit at a controlled temperature to achieve the required heating or cooling function.<\/p>\n

The CharmKlima system occupies very little space and is entirely contained within the underfloor plenum along with the other building systems. The system is installed after the floor as such, making it easily accessible and removable, re-usable and recyclable.<\/p>\n

CharmKlima radiant panels can be distributed as required and moved at any time to suit new interior layouts and to optimise energy consumption.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
