Thanks to a surface film consisting of thermoplastic resin and magnetically charged ferrite, they adhere snugly to the underside of the steel floor panels, guaranteeing perfect thermal conductivity. Special piping and dedicated connectors permit the circulation of heat transfer fluid through the radiating circuit at a controlled temperature to achieve the required heating or cooling function.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The CharmKlima system occupies very little space and is entirely contained within the underfloor plenum along with the other building systems.
